Praneeta Paradkar is the Founder and CEO of Snypera AI, where she leads company strategy, product direction, enterprise advisory, market positioning, and the development of Snypera AI's AI Trust and Governance Control Plane.

She brings 25 years of experience across enterprise technology and product leadership, including approximately 15 years working directly in cybersecurity. Her experience spans endpoint security, application control and isolation, cloud access security brokerage, cloud security posture management, cloud workload protection, data loss prevention, user and entity behavior analytics, data security posture management, privacy, compliance, and AI security.

Across roles at Symantec, Broadcom, Egnyte, Trellix, Quilr AI, IBM Emptoris, and Siemens UGS, Praneeta has worked at the intersection of customer need, product strategy, engineering execution, user experience, go-to-market planning, and enterprise trust. She has taken products from concept and early validation through general availability, helped reposition and modernize established security portfolios, led customer discovery and design-partner engagements, and supported strategic conversations with enterprise buyers, partners, analysts, and executive stakeholders.

At Symantec, she helped build and commercialize endpoint security capabilities, including independent product ownership for Symantec Endpoint Application Control. Her later work expanded across CASB, IaaS security, CSPM, cloud DLP, privacy, data governance, Microsoft Purview integration, and enterprise security posture.

Praneeta is known for translating technically complex security and governance problems into clear product strategies, operating models, and customer narratives. She has delivered briefings and demonstrations for Gartner and Forrester processes, worked with large global enterprises on roadmap and risk discussions, and mentored professionals across product, engineering, UX, documentation, and go-to-market functions.

She contributed practitioner insight to the second edition of "Product Management in Practice" by Matt LeMay and has written extensively about AI security, Shadow AI, privacy, agentic risk, insider risk, governance, and responsible enterprise adoption. She has also completed ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Auditor certification.

At Snypera AI, Praneeta is focused on helping regulated enterprises move from fragmented AI experimentation to measurable visibility, governance, security, workforce readiness, and defensible evidence.

Gurmukhnishan Singh is the Co-Founder and CTO of Snypera AI, where he leads platform architecture, engineering strategy, security research, and the technical development of Snypera AI's AI security and governance capabilities.

He brings more than 12 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience across detection engineering, security operations, incident response, SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence, adversarial testing, exploit research, cloud architecture, and AI-agent security. His work combines deep operational security knowledge with the ability to design and build production-grade platforms.

Gurmukhnishan's experience spans security engineering and technical leadership work associated with Netsurion, Securonix, Ares Operations, Société Générale, and Quilr AI. He has developed MITRE ATT&CK-aligned detection content, automated incident-response workflows, engineered SIEM and threat-intelligence integrations, led red-team exercises, tuned security controls to reduce operational noise, and mentored security and engineering teams.

His recent work has focused on the security implications of large language models, model-connected tools, autonomous agents, and machine-driven workflows. He has designed and built agent runtimes, runtime interception and policy mechanisms, LLM red-team platforms, AI investigation agents, security telemetry systems, sensitive-data classification services, PII detection services, and cloud-agent inspection tools.

He is experienced in the practical security challenges introduced by MCP-connected tools, delegated agent authority, prompt injection, sensitive-data exposure, excessive agency, cross-system actions, identity, logging, observability, approvals, and containment.

His engineering background includes Python, TypeScript, FastAPI, React, Next.js, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Neo4j, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Hugging Face, LangGraph, and MCP-based architectures.

His security work is grounded in frameworks and practices including MITRE ATT&CK, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, detection-as-code, threat-informed defense, SIEM engineering, automated response, red teaming, and security validation.
